I'd quite like for her to get a bit of a reputation. She's a Fire element girl, completely spur of the moment. Passionate, headstrong, doesn't waste her time type of person. I picture her being the type of girl who flirts, teases, and will randomly have an intense make out session with random guys she meets then walk away and never speak to them again. "Love 'em and leave 'em" Kat if you will. I'd very much be pleased were she to become known for being practically untouchable when it comes to anything beyond a quick smooch, as well as a heartbreaker.
If you have gentleman to donate to this cause, just give a holler. She couldn't care less about age, though they would have to be at least mildly good looking. She's an excellent kisser, so the goal would be to leave them starstruck for a few hours afterward before they realize all they got was 5 minutes making out with her and that she's already gone.
