She needed a break. She had been traveling, non-stop, for a good six months. The dancing was a constant. And, though she loved her work, it tended to wear on her body after a while. And she was lonely. But the forest had always comforted. She had no companions to accompany her, no lovers to hold. Well... No real lovers. Customers did not count, no matter how frequent some of them were. And even if any of them wanted more than to bed her for the night every once in a while, she had no heart to give them. Any love she had, other than sisterly, had died long ago. She sighed, pulling the leather jacket off and slinging it over her shoulder, leaving only black, leather jeans with well-thought-out rips all in the thighs and ass and her matching bustier and heels. Her wavy hair flowed loose behind her, like fire. Her amber eyes scanned the area... Why had her heart begun to pound? Her feet moved, as if of their own accord, the jacket left forgotten on the forest floor. The woman nibbled her bottom lip as she picked up her pace, moving at a swift trot.
It had been too long since she had changed. That's what it was. Had to be... She stopped and looked back, her upper lip lifting to bare her slowly lengthaning fangs. was the jacket worth postponing the change? Actually... Yes. Her clothing was expensive, made of fine lether. So she walked back, stooping to pick it up before moving behind a bush to hide. She lay her jacket so that it was opened and lay her essentials on it, like her cigarrets and jewelry that she would never wear as a wolf. She kept on a small pendant that hung on a twisted chain of pale gold. A small marble of tiger's eye, clutched in a clawed foot of gold. It matched her eyes, until she changed and they turned to that metalic blue. Next were her shoes, her pants and top, hose and thong. finnished, she bundled the jacket up and hid it beneath the bush, then smiled. Her lonng nails began to sink into the earth as her skin began to tingle. Sounds and scents became sharper, more distinct. Her sight changed. She flicked a fang with her toung, then let her body take change. The Wolf took form. Bright, coppery fur over white shone in the sun as she trotted out from her hiding place, the marble swinging but mostly hidden in her thick fur. Her peircingly blue eyes scanned once more before she took off at an easy lope.

tags;kish notes;it so fails xD ooc;Safina;Caine speech, Safina Telepathic Speech, Safina Audible Speech Caine growled, stretching his legs out before him. He was in wolf form - of course. The boy rarely walked around in him human form - no matter how attractive it may have been. He was a wolf by heart, and Safina didn't seem to have any problems with his Lycan tendencies. She was off hunting then, leaving him to explore himself for a few hours. He could hear her i his mind, and he knew she was well into the hunt. His green and brown Earth Winchester was getting bigger, and she seemed to feel the need to hunt for long hours, often taking down large prey. Caine usually accompanied her, finding it fun to hunt in his wolf form, but today she had told him he needed a break, that he was free to roam in his wolf form. He would always know where she was and she would always know where he was, it wouldn't have mattered if they were on different planets. The golden wold wondered briefly if that was the case, if the bond could indeed be that strong. He didn't doubt it, the Bond between the pair of Earth aligned was strong, he could feel everything Safina felt, and she to he. No thought or deep corner of their souls were hidden from the other. They were linked.
Caine shook his head, ears perking at a sound. He was not alone where he was. The lycan growled softly, stalking deliberately toward the direction of the intruder. It was another lycan, he instantly knew it to be a female. She was smaller than him, though that was normal. He didn't recognize her, he'd never seen her there before and he found himself wondering what she looked like as a human. Caine had never really met another Lycan, at least not one he knew was a lycan. Because you don't socialize, Caine. I bet she's pretty, you should talk to her. The golden wolf laughed lowly, a strange sound coming from the vocals of a wolf. Even with Safina far off and hunting, she still found time to talk to him and analyze his thoughts. He stepped closer to the female wolf, tilting his head at her and observing her with icy gray eyes. Hello... He muttered lowly, leaning back on his hind legs slightly. I'm...Caine. It was official that he failed at the art of socializing with others like himself. I could have told you that, Caine. Safina snorted in his mind. He sighed and replied briskly to her, eyes still on the red wolf before him. Aren't you supposed to be hunting, Saf? If she'd heard him, he didn't know because she decided to go silent then, probably waiting to see his thoughts.

The slender female had paused in her care-free run, her ears swiveling this way and that as a new scent swept over her. A male's scent. So much for alone-time. she thought with a soft snort. Thankfully, she herself had no Bonded. That meant no one but she herself would ever know what went on in that pretty little head of her's. Those brilliantly blue eyes blinked slowly as the form of a golden male came into her line of vision. she wonder what he would do for a moment, for he appeared a bit... Stand-offish. Men like that came in two sizes; Shy, and Mental. Siren had catered to both on several occasions. "Hello, Caine." Her voice was a throaty purr, warm and full of laughter and life. She had once had a regular, before he had met another woman who had stolen his heart. He had told her that, though she may try to hide who she truly was when she was in a crowd, her voice always gave her away. Most women like her had truly become their work; As in, they were fake. Whatever their customer wanted, they got. Those women could mold themselves perfectly. Not so much with Siren. He had told her that there as too much life in her for her to be able to do something like that. She was thankful that the man still insisted on buying her coffee when she passed through his small town, for he had become a true, and very rare friend. Siren stepped forward, her dainty paws silent on the forest floor. those eyes seemed to peirce the soul as she watch the larger male, a wolving smile playing on her lips so that her long fangs were clearly visable. "My name," she spoke slowy in a low, femme-fatale voice. "Is Siren."

tags;cre notes;i love safina <3 ooc;Safina;Caine speech, Safina Telepathic Speech, Safina Audible Speech Caine flicked his ears back lazily, blinking his light eyes at the other lycan. She seemed as though she had wished to be alone. Perhaps she was like him in the fact that she didn't often enjoy the company of others. The golden wolf straightened, standing up to full height, ready to leave if she so told him to. There would be no use staying in the presence of somebody who didn't want it. He reached back into his mind, concentrating on Saphina's thoughts. She must have caught something, though it was obviously not the prey she wanted, as she seemed so disappointed. A small smile slip across his lips. His Bonded was so expressive. He could read her every emotion no matter if she was right before him or a thousand miles away.
He turned to the female lycan, nodding as she repeated his name. She seemed absolutely lost in thought and he frowned slightly, standing statue-like before her and waiting to see if she said anything else. It was one of those times when knowledge of social situations would have been nice. He didn't know if she was truly thinking or if her silence was an unspoken request for him to leave. She had said his name, so surely she wouldn't want him to just walk out. He would reason on that ground and stay where he was. If she wanted him gone, she was more than capable of telling him that herself. You fret over the smallest things...
Caine snorted softly, wishing Safina was there so she could see his facial expressions. She often told him these things, and she always got the same response; a snort, the roll of his pale blue-gray eyes, and on occasions when he felt she needed more, a low growl or a snarl. These things never deterred her. She wasn't afraid of the monster inside him. She was the only one. Finally the red wolf spoke, relieving him of the thoughts that he was still missing her silent request for him to go. Her voice was a low and seductive purr and he raised a canine 'brow'. [i[Danger! Danger! Rape voice! Safina teased him silently, though he knew she was still hunting, out looking for a bigger prey than she had previously caught. He laughed dryly in her mind, though his face stayed still and stony on the outside, eyes still on the girl. Siren was her name. It's a pleasure then, Siren. I don't believe we've met before. If anything, Caine had a brilliant poker face -- in and out of wolf form. His voice followed suit and if he was a bit deterred by her lusty voice, it didn't show. After all, he was a monster on the inside. I don't come into town that often, but I hadn't realized there were many more lycans like myself on the island. Caine took a light-footed step forward, ice eyes locked on her unnatural blue ones.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

Her small head tilted slowly, as though she were sizing him up. Even she knew the comon curtesy of the Lycae, which she herself ignored in the Human culture; Never look strait into another's eyes. No matter. She was a loner, and no one was her supirior. No matter what culture she stepped into. She had chosen to simply ignore his last comment, finding it irrelevent and foolish. yes, there were many of their kind on the island. the trick was to find them. And, obviously, this male had yet to learn of her family's disgrace. No matter. "No, I highly doubt that we have." She remembered every one she had ever had the chance to meet, and this male had rung no bells in her memory. "Walk with me." It was more of a request, though it had come out as a comand. This female had rarely asked for anything. And why would she? she was the one that should be asked, not the other way around.
She wondered, as she turned from him and started off at an easy gait, if he would be able to smell the stench of human males over the scent of her female body and the forest. And if he did, would he be able to guess? Or would he assume that she had just happened to be in a crowd of lust men for most of her life. What do you even care, Sie? It's your job and you love it! What does it matter what others think of you? the little voice in her head was right. Why would she even care? If he guessed and did not approve, he didn't need to stick around. she wasn't holdig his chain.

tags;cre notes;i love safina <3 ooc;Safina;Caine speech, Safina Telepathic Speech, Safina Audible Speech Caine wrinkled his nose a slight bit, moving closer to her. She didn't smell right, which in itself seemed a strange thought. She smelled equally of her wolf self and her human self, but there were just too many other smells on her. Human smells. Male smells. I know what that means... Safina sung in his head. He could tell she was growing restless with her hunt, poking into his mind more and more. It's possible. Was all he offered the earth dragon, moving to Siren's side and scrutinizing her with his stormy eyes. It wasn't his place to judge, what the girl did with her life was not his problem, nor something he wanted to dwell on. Caine turned his tanned head to look over his shoulder, staring into the shadowy confines of the forest for some time until she spoke again.
It seemed to him that the girl didn't care for his presence. He thought that should have bothered him. It didn't. Caine shook his head, pulling his lips up over his sharpened fangs briefly before realizing his features again and regarding Siren with a curious look. Walk with me. Mixed signals. The sandy-colored wolf snorted in a laugh and jogged up beside her, slowing his long-legged pace to keep by her side. He felt like he should ask her a question, anything to break the silence of the walk. You could ask her what she does for a living. Caine almost laughed at Safina's idea. He wanted to know if his suspicions were right, but he would feel like he was intruding on her personal life if he asked. The wolf shook his head and kept trotting along beside her.
Is there anything in particular you like to do? Anything interesting about yourself? It was a weak effort at conversation and again Caine reminded himself why he stayed away from strangers and civilization. It appeared to make no difference if they were human or lycan, if they were bonded or not. He would always be an outsider, always the monster inside. He slumped his shoulders, head lower as he kept moving along beside her. There were a lot of things he needed so desperately to change.

He had asked one of those questions... One of those kinds that lead to the truth about herself. "I know you can smell them, Caine." Her voice held a bit of laughter as she cast him a side-long glance, her lids shutting slightly to give her a sly expression. "No need to try at small talk when we both know." Her thickly furred tail brushed against him as it swayed back and forth lazily. The female's long legs kept her at an easy pace, her paws silent. As though she floated beside him rather than walked. "But since you asked, I enjoy my work; Dancing, entertaining." All but one part, but he didn't need to know that she had come to loath her one-nght bed partners. The setting sun caught her coppery pelt, bouncing of in a brilliant shade of red. She imagined herself as quite the sight, walking through the forest with the sun bouncing off of herself and the golden male. Had she been ten years younger, this would have been a dream come true. An unclaimed female walking through the forests with what she assumed would be a very attractive male. Hells, six years ago, even. But this was not six years ago, and she was no innocent child who could afford her fantacies. But... What are you, now, Siren? You would once welcome company, no matter if it was a costomer or companion. Never make them stay, but never turn them away. A merry headonist. What happened? What had happened? Had her soul grown old? had her emotions died? You've grown tired, Sie. Yes, tired. A soft sigh escaped her white jaws. "And yourself, Caine? What do you call fun?"
