• SCHOOL: Christian has a mind like a steel trap; takes everything in, and lets nothing out. He is frighteningly intelligent, and doesn’t mind showing this off whenever the opportunity arises. School has always been easy for him, and he misses it now that he’s a graduate.
• BOOKS: They are a passion, and a hobby. However, he will only read classics, and his favorites are Dracula, Pride and Prejudice, and Wuthering Heights. He also enjoys science-fiction on occasion, and non-fiction.
• GIRLS: Of course. Christian loves the ladies, and he’s a flirt, but he’s a gentleman. Albeit, he won’t keep one woman for long, his commitment issues needing more work.
• DRAGONS: From childhood Christian respected the dragons on Inhale, though kept his distance emotionall and physically.
• ALCOHOL: Pretty much anything alcoholic, Christian likes. Scotch and vodka tend to be his choice beverage. It’s not rare to see him passed out in bed with books scattered around, or perhaps a half-naked woman.
• SPIDERS: He lets them on his hand, and studies them, reads up about them and likes them. His favorite spider is the Goliath Bird-eating Spider, which also happens to be the biggest spider in the world. It’s gross.
DISLIKES
• HIS PARENTS: His parents were stiff, and distant with him their whole life. He grew up the same, pushing everyone away because he never learned how to interact with people. He blames them for his problems.
• GIRLFRIENDS: He’s had them, and he doesn’t like them. He never gets close enough to them, and they turn needy and clingy, and there is almost nothing he hates more than being clinged upon.
• RAIN: Don’t ask him why, because he’ll get surly and silent. He just doesn’t like it, and that’s that.
• SCHNAPPS: He thinks it’s a sissy’s drink, and he rarely goes out with women he finds drinking it. He’s just strange that way.
• FAILURE: He doesn’t stand it in himself, and he won’t respect anyone that does. He’s actually very hard on himself, always pushing to succeed in everything he does.
• DOGS: He’s a cat person. He finds dogs smelly and noisy, and besides that, he really doesn’t know why he doesn’t like them.
• HABITUAL LIARS: Even if he is one.
STRENGTHS
• HE IS VERY intelligent, and his reasoning and deduction are nearly infallible. He is often too smart for his own good.
• WORLD-WEARY, HE knows about the alternate motives of people, and won’t be used for anyone’s purpose for his own.
WEAKNESSES
• CHRISTIAN PUSHES EVERYONE and everything away. He doesn’t know how to make lasting friendships, despite his charming personality.
• HE TRUSTS NO one. Christian never has, and probably never will.
OVERALL No one has ever denied that Christian is charming, he is. He has perfect people skills, and savoir faire. He is seemingly never uncomfortable, no matter the situation, and he can smooth the hackles of any angry cat, so to speak. However, much of this is an act, and hides the fact that Christian is really awful with people. He doesn’t care much for anyone, and he never grows close to anyone either. I don’t mean to say he’s heartless and cold, because he’s not. He’s compassionate, and caring… up to a point. If it doesn’t hurt him, doesn’t concern him, and he doesn’t have to get involved, his heart will go out to anyone in a bad situation. It’s all about keeping his distance. He doesn’t know this himself, but he is afraid of lasting, meaningful relationships because he’s never had one. Christian isn’t a fan of change, and he won’t stand it unless he’s forced. He’s a strong-willed man, though, and as stubborn as a mule. He’s determined to live his life on his own terms. He doesn't believe in fate because he doesn’t like the idea that someone else is in control of his life. He doesn’t believe in God because he doesn’t want to think about the consequences of his actions. He has a lot of growing to do, and he’s not the best of men, or people, but he does have a good heart buried beneath a lot of darker past.

HISTORY He was born here, on Inhale, and his parents were work-aholics. Only his father was bonded, to a small female dragon that Christian never even learned the name of; he stayed far away. When he was sixteen, he left the island because he wanted to go to school elsewhere. He graduated from high school off the island, and eventually went to college and got a degree in psychology major, of all things. He felt a tug to come back to the island when he was twenty-three, and he did, but so far has done nothing with his life here. He’s lived back on the island for a year since returning.
